 ‘Agni’ means ‘fire’, ‘saara’ means ‘essence’, ‘kriya’ means ‘action’. This is a purification process of the body which will increase the digestion.

LIMITATIONS


The people suffering from hernia, ulcers, high blood pressure, heart problems not suppose to practise this kriya.

1.The best time to do this kriya is in early morning, if you doing this in evening keep at least 4 hours of gap after food.

2. One can do this kriya in Vajrasana (sitting position) or in standing (utkatsana).

3.Try to synchronise your abdominal movement with breathing… beginning days 2-3 minutes of practises in off, gradually increase up to 5 minutes.
